Latest Celebrity Fashion & Jewellery Accessory Tips

Want to look like a celebrity star?

I think it’s pretty safe to say that most of us women aspire to achieve the glamorous style and image of our favourite celebs, and of course if we could reach their same dizzy heights of fame and stardom then that would be nice too! There’s just something about certain celebs that ooze sex appeal, fashion, beauty and every picture they appear in is annoyingly perfect! Take Paris Hilton as an example, and as much as she has had her ups and downs, she still always looks like a picture of ultimate beauty in just about every photo she appears in. Even when she’s having a bad hair day, most of us normal feet on the ground girls would consider that a great one!

Paris having a supposedly bad hair day!- Yeah, right!

We all want to achieve the same look as our favourite fashion icons and as much as we admire their whole image we particularly pay a lot of attention to their shoes, fashion jewellery, make up and clothes. I suppose it’s an inbuilt part of a woman’s brain function to be nosey, but most of all we try to convince ourselves that it is right to copy something that looks so good. The truth is that this is partly the wrong thing to be doing, I mean sure we should take inspiration from celebs and models but ultimately looking like a fashion goddess is something everyone can achieve with a little own style, individuality and flare. We all have a different body shape, personality, hair colour, skin colour and so on but that’s why celebs manage to look so good because most have the same size 8 figure, and all have style managers right on hand to pick their ideal fashion jewellery, clothes and accessories. We don’t have this luxury so instead have to be clever enough to realise that with our own initiative and help from friends we can look a million dollars as well!

Design your own celebrity image!

Fashion jewellery is the easiest way to accessorise any outfit and make the most of what you’ve got! Like me you may not have the size 8 figure, but you can certainly show the world that you mean business! Celebs may pay a small fortune to achieve their look but you can do exactly the same by cleverly buying quality costume jewellery and accessories at cheap prices and shopping around for the best clothes bargains. This season at Seasons online we’ve been keeping a close eye on all the latest fashion revelations, watching the celebs and keeping our products nicely in line with the latest fashion trends so that we’re always one step ahead. Looking like a celebrity just takes a bit of invention by choosing jewellery that will make you look stylish and glamorous but at the same time compliment your own individuality. You need to look confident, feel confident and utmost have lots of fun! After all, the celebs are doing it so why shouldn’t we?

Spring & Summer Fashion Trends for 2009

Clothes, Costume Jewellery & Fashion Accessories.

We're only just about half way through February but already every one's excited and optimistic about what's in store for us this Spring and Summer 2009! Finally we've got some news for you and indeed it is very exciting. Styles are going to be very dramatic with a mix of classic vintage together with modern chic. The 50's and 60's are making a big return when it comes to clothing with the re-birth of frilly petticoat and seamed pencil skirts. However it almost seems that just as the current economic climate is surprising, designers are carrying this theme through to give you the consumer a chance to express yourself freely! There will be 4 main themes taking place this Spring/Summer and it will be up to you to decide which one is best for you!

Past and present romance.

If your a traditional safe kind of girl then go for the romantic and almost dream like vintage style mentioned above that will encompass past 50's, 60's and even 70's fashion with today's styling giving a fresh youthful look. Frilly skirts, pyjama style & silky materials, knitwear and wallpaper patterns giving a very eccentric but youthful style. Colours will be pale and bleached artificial neutrals with flashes of bright contrasting colours.

Happening Now.

If you enjoy experimenting with your image then this Spring/Summer 2009 could be perfect for you! It's all about mixing synthetic fibres with fibres that look natural and current. Every one's talking about the environment and now fashion experts are incorporating recycled fabrics and fibres that look natural to bring a whole new look. Colours will be greys, cement, clay, recycled paper and medium shades contrasted with earthy dark colours. Asymmetrical design will be popular with loose fitting trousers and ankle or knee length zouave slacks, combined with tops and jackets that have visible seams.

Future is Bold.

Build and sculpt strong, neat and tidy shapes that will give a sense of glamour and luxury. Clothes should be technical and slim fitting with dark midnight colours contrasted with vivid electric blue! Big tribal patterns and ethnic swirls on shiny glossy fabrics. Short suits, denim suits, jumpsuits and tube skirts will all be popular.

Wakey Wakey!

My personal favourite fashion style and one I think will be really popular! Take a look on the bright side giving old classics a new lease of life through colour. Don't be scared to mix elegance with sportswear and throw in some bright bold colours for good measure. It's all about wearing tech shine, coated twills and recycled plastic fabrics mixed in a way that you wouldn't' normally do, and accessorised with bold bright jewellery. Bright blue, orange, purple, pink and red mixed with classic colours will be the flavour of the season.

Costume Jewellery must be Big and Bold!

Our team of fashion experts have been working really hard this winter in preparation for spring/summer 2009, and we are pleased to say that our jewellery products are on target to follow the next fashion trend. With new products arriving daily we will keep you all up to date with the latest fashion arrivals. 2009 is all about unusual and unique jewellery with bright and bold colours. We think we've got the balance absolutely right, and we're also not forgetting the other styles that will be popular this year by keeping some vintage style and elegant jewellery in stock as well.

Let's look at the positives from this years fashion and realise that the designers are doing us all a big favour. They understand that times are pretty hard for everyone so their giving us all free licence to do what's best for us. Some of you will want to bring out the old classics from the wardrobe whilst others will simply want to let your hair down and have some well deserved fun. Either way it's all very exciting and we hope we can help you on your journey by offering great quality fashion jewellery at cheap prices.

I'm worrying about our Semi Precious Jewellery

Some of you may already know that I tend to worry a lot, it's just in my nature and there's no escaping it. I will let you know what I'm worrying about today and you will probably think this is just plain daft! I have just finished off putting some new semi precious gemstone & freshwater pearl jewellery on our website which is all fine and dandy. I mean the jewellery is really nice, even if I say so myself from a male point of view. Yes it's exclusive and made from natural raw materials from the ground and stuff but why are we selling it so cheap?

The subject of price has led to many heated debates between my wife and I over the last few years but now I think we've reached a compromise, kind of! Basically as it stands I want to sell our jewellery as cheap as possible and really create a buzz of excitement around our business. I don't want to sell cheap quality jewellery at cheap prices I want to sell great quality jewellery at cheap prices, and I want my customers to be astonished when they receive their items. For me, I know we will make less money but it makes more sense to sell jewellery to more women and keep them coming back for more! However when my wife pointed out that I was selling some of our jewellery at cost price she forced me to be a bit sensible, after all she is the brains of the partnership.

Most businesses selling costume jewellery are happy to crank up their prices and sit and wait for a few big sales, but for me that would just get me stressed and worried wondering why no one is buying anything. I get impatient and found out the only time I wasn't feeling worried was when I was selling things. With the prices being cheap I was selling more so in theory I was going to be far happier and relaxed.

This leads me onto the conclusion of today's blog and to state that unfortunately I'm not anymore relaxed today than I was yesterday. "Yes" it's now great that we're selling lots of jewellery and it's fantastic that we've introduced fine jewellery with semi precious stones, gemstones and freshwater pearls. BUT now I'm worried for an entirely different reason because I'm stressed that this jewellery is so nice and we're selling it so cheap that the orders will just keep on rolling in. Surely we'll be left with nothing and look like a laughing stock? I mean yes it's great that we're popular and selling stuff but we don't want to run out of things to sell do we?

I guess there's just no pleasing some people.....
