Have you got style off to a tee?

The look for this season is, thank goodness, relatively uncomplicated. Even celebrity A listers, when they’re schmoozing at a launch or red carpet event, are opting for the casual look with tee shirt and jeans or shorts.

What prevents the casual look becoming the boring look, however, are the accessories . To bring some sparkle and individuality to the outfit, celebs are hunting down some absolutely gorgeous waistcoats and necklaces, beautifully modelled here by Beyonce.

If you’re looking for some ideas, you could do worse than visiting the wonderful ASOS site. This fabulous silver chainmail waistcoat is now only £20!

And remember, if you’re pins are less than perfect, whilst the weather is still warming up, you can add a pair of opaque tights with some fantastic black heels for the ultimate in casual chic.

The great thing about waistcoats is that they’re a good look for women of all sizes. You don’t need to be a skinny minny to carry off this style. If you’re not keen on baring your curves in figure hugging jeans or shorts, choose a smart pair of black flared trousers. Simply go for a slightly longer tee and waistcoat – but make sure you’ve got the bumps that you’re proud of on display! Again, ASOS do a great floral print waistcoat with gorgeous feminine ruffles.

Simply slip your feet into a pair of killer heels to elongate your shape, and you’ll be the envy of all those size 8's you meet in the street!

If you’re intending to work this look for a festival, keep the jewellery to a minimum, with perhaps a funky cuff or some chunky bangles. However, if it’s glamour you’re aiming for, you can jazz up the outfit and show off what god or a talented surgeon gave you, with a stunning long necklace. The Seasonsonline team has put together some ideas for you, below. Remember though girls, with something as simple and close as a plain tee, a well fitting bra is absolutely essential!

We hope that our blog posts are teaching you that labels aren’t everything; that you don’t need to invest your hard-earned cash in the latest Stella McCartney or splash out on some bling from Mawi to stay on the top of the style tree. Simply look at some common trends on the catwalks showing next season and then, using your imagination, hunt around for pieces on the high street and on the web which will give your own, individual interpretation of that look. Simple!
