Fashion on a budget is fun!

Even your very own Seasonsonline team agrees that sometimes, too much jewellery can be, well, too much!  As demonstrated beautifully here by the talented yet completely barking Lady Gaga.

Chanel she’s not – but by crikey she knows how to attract attention!  And we all love her anyway, don’t we?

Do you or any of your friends have a mad sense of style, just like Lady Gaga?  Send us a photo and we’ll pop it on our blog. (info@seasonsonline.co.uk)

The big news this week is that Prada is now selling pieces from its collection online.  For those of us who are happy spending two months’ mortgage on a handbag, it’s enough to cause sleepless nights for a week (and no doubt a trip to see the bank manager).  However, for the rest of us, never fear – Seasonsonline will as usual show you how to imitate the style for less than the price of a takeaway.

I’ve chosen this piece from Prada in particular – partly because I think it’s eyecatching yet simple and can be worn with almost anything.

Made of Plexiglass, this pretty tearglass necklace will set you back a whopping £430.

So what about this instead?

This silver flowers crystal cascade set of necklace and earrings has a row of clear sparkling rhinestone flowers of differing sizes, from which each is dangling a crystal teardrop stand.  Just as likely to catch everyone’s attention as much as the Prada necklace, and you don’t even have to tell them that it was only £14.99 from the Seasonsonline site!  (But of course it would help us if you do!)

Very often, we hear of young girls spending far more than they actually have, on keeping up with trends and looking stylish.  Unfortunately, these girls seem to think that in order to do so, you have to buy designer label pieces.  Those of us (that’s you and I) who are REALLY fashion savvy know however, that the real fun of being a fashionista is looking stylish AND staying on the right side of the bank manager!  It’s all about sourcing great outfits and wonderful fashion accessories and still being able to sleep at night.  Ssh – if you don’t tell them, I won’t!
